Return Policy

Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

• Vintage items may show signs of wear and tear; this is considered part of their charm. We do not accept returns based on the natural imperfections of vintage items.

How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 in value.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique nature of our inventory. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
