At The Rose Market, we take pride in offering unique vintage home decor items. Due to the nature of vintage goods, we have a specific return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our curated collection.

Return Period:
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
• Vintage items may show signs of wear and tear; this is considered part of their charm. We do not accept returns based on the natural imperfections of vintage items.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at brittney@ourittybittyhome.com within the return period to initiate the process.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 in value.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique nature of our inventory. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
